Hi ,
First of all add the CASUSER as a member of Administrators Group then
run the resetCauser.exe again and check the issue again..
check the validity of the SSL certificate :
NMSROOT\CSCOpx\mdc\apache>perl SSLUtil.pl
If above did not help send me the below information :
ctm_config.txt (NMSROOT\CSCOPx\mdc\tomcat\shared\lib)
md.properties
dcrserver.log
syslog.log ( if possible)
scren shot of services.msc window
Thanks

Hi,
DCRServer is not started because CmfDbMonitor is in "waiting to initialize" state. The CmfDbEngine is running properly, the problem is only with the Monitor.
Please post CmfDbMonitor.log - this file could give us some hints what is going wrong.

Hi, thanks for your answers.
Now I cant post syslog.log. Here is other files.
I dont think that CmfDbMonitor is the source of the problems. I find that if I start CampusOGSServer, it willl not starts, but
DCRServer start to work after it. In CampusOGSServer.log there is only for 27 of september records, so I dont need attach it.
After I add casuser to Administrators group, and then execute resetCasuser it didnt help.
Also I dont know what to watch in SSLUtil, but it seems ok. Also I dont use https to come to CWLMS portal page.
I export services list in text file with Tab as separator.
Any idea?

Hi Kindly post
Regdaemon.xml and Regdaemon.xml.backup location (CSCOpx/MDC/etc)
In the meantime try to regenrate the SSL certifcate and check the issue again:1. Stop the daemon Manager
2. Remove the following certificate files from (NMSROOT/MDC/Apache/conf/ssl)a. server.crt
b. server.key
c. server.pk8
d. server.csr
2. Disable SSL:
NMSROOT\CSCOpx\bin>perl "NMSROOT\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\ConfigSSL.pl" -disable
3. Enable SSL to generate certificate:
NMSROOT\CSCOpx\bin>perl "NMSROOT\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\ConfigSSL.pl" -enable
4. Start Daemon Manager
Thanks

Any suggestion?
So, the main problem is that not all processes of LMS can start automatically while start system. Where can I trace it? May be I could find any logs?
It might be problem with Windows security policy.
