Campus Manager not recognizing device

Hello,

I have CM3.3 with the latest IDu. My problem is with a C3560-48TS. In the documentation it says it is suppported but in the Ciscoworks in the "Device support" page it doesn't appear this one. We have some other c3560 and they are recognized perfectly.

Anybody has the same problem?

Hi,

Ensure that you have the correct SNMP settings on the switch and in CW. Can you see the switch being

discovered at all ? Perhaps you don't have CDP enabled ?

It looks like this device isn't supported in any CM 3.3 IDU version. It is supported in CM 4.x, but I think the TAC has a patch to add it to 3.3.

I have half a network of 3560-24TS, and was told basicly they aren't supported, and they don't know when they will be. I opened a tac case, and this was my resolution. If someone finds out other answer, that would be great, right now I can't monitor half my network. I am running the latest and greatest LMS 2.5 with the December upgrade.
