We have a couple of screen shots but very little about the context of these. We do not know what device you are attempting to access. We do not know whether this is attempting to access via the console, or via SSH, or via telnet, or something else.

Based on the screen shots it does appear that you are able to communicate with the router (you do receive a prompt) so it is not a connectivity issue. Was there a prompt for user name that we do not see? Apparently a password was entered and the response was "access denied". So it might be helpful to know how the router was configured to authenticate the session.

And it might be helpful if you would provide the details of how SecureCRT is configured for this connection and how Putty is configured for this connection.

Thank you very much for your reply. You are right. One of option needs to be checked in putty

Hello,

out of curiosity, which option was that ?

Please see picture below. Try to check  and uncheck on the box

Thank you for the clarification about the option to check. And +5 for sharing the required parameter.
