Can't download LMS 3.2.1

Hi All,

I have problems with HUM

CSCtg91090, HUM should include interface name as an additional attribute for Poll Unit Reference Id

But I can't download ciscoworks_lms321_win_k9.zip because

Cisco service contract information indicates you are not authorized to download software for the following product(s):

• CiscoWorks Lan Management Solution 3.2

What can I do?

You need to have your contract associated with your CCO ID or open up a TAC SR and have the engineer publish the file for your to download.
