Catalyst 2504 wireless controller

Hi All,

I have an existing catalyst 2504 controller with existing Aeronet AP models 1815 and 3702i. Question, if I am going to change the Catalyst 2504 controller to Catalyst 9800 are my existing 12 units 1815 Aeronet and 8 units 3702i compatible with the new Catalyst 9800 controller? Thank you!

   Yes,  verify and consult : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/compatibility/matrix/compatibility-matrix.html
   However you need to use a compatible software version according to the APs that need to be supported on the 9800 controller , 17.9.3 will for instance also support the older Wave1 APs again ,
