Changing Interface Description (Bulk)

I want to change interface description for more then 2500 ports for my Cisco devices.

I am hunting for a SNMP based tool which can solve my purpose.

Which can list all the ports of the devices along with the interface description & can be edited through the GUI.

So that I do not need to login into each device via telnet & go on to every interface to change the description.

It's not an SNMP tool but Kiwi CatTools can automatically login to your switches and perform scripted updates. Pretty easy to setup as well. From memory $100 US will get you the appropriate license.
