As business need, a Ciscowork LMS 2.2 server is required to conduct maintenance with my cutsomer. To consider the recommedation from Cisco, the customer like to upgrade LMS 2.2 to LMS 2.5.1 but no information about support and software subscription can be obtained from the previous system Administrator. Is anyone know how to check whether the production LMS 2.2 server is under support or software subscription or not ? (No need to apply license key for LMS 2.2)

Check the Purchase Order and see if there was a Software Application Support (SAS) contract for CiscoWorks.

If you do have a SAS contract as nhabib mentions above you can go to www.cisco.com/upgrade and should be able to order the upgrade online there
