Hi, what software do I use to manage Cisco 2960x, I have logged in and changed the IP on Device Manager however I see the Cisco Network Assistant has been retired is it still possible to download off the Cisco Website.

yes CNA is retired still you like to use old Version you can use if you have in place.
if only one switch use GUI for the manangement - is that works.

updated the switch cisco2960x - 48fpd-l to version c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-7.E10
after that, the switch did not start and there is such a problem:
