I have some PoE issue.
The Cisco 3560-CX PoE suddenly doesn't provide power on all ports, but any device doesn't need power has no issue. data flows well. Only CCTV cameras connected don't get power at all.
Below is the switch log and some monitoring values.
Things that I tried.
1. power cycle, then plugged only 1 PoE camera, didn't work.
2. shut/noshut on port
3. activate the ipservices license. It wasn't activated.
license right-to-use activate ipservices all acceptEULA

You do not need SmartNet.
3560CX is covered under Cisco Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty.
All you need to do is to make sure you've got documents to prove to the Entitlements Team you (and your company) are the end-user of the units. The documents will include purchase order or delivery receipts from the vendor.
If, however, the units were purchased from e-bay or other non-authorized Cisco resellers then you have no options but to throw the faulty unit into the bin.
WARNING: Be prepared to make your stand. Claiming warranty with Cisco Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty is a "sport": Cisco do not like it when it gets used and makes it "difficult" for customers to do so.

Upgrade the firmware of the switch. The above lines does not look good.

I also did a diagnostic test. it records below "TestInlinePwrCtlr{ID=7} has failed. Error code = 0x1 (DIAG_FAILURE)".
Does this mean it's hardware failure?

Contact Cisco TAC. The switch is dead.

So, diagnostic results show failure status is a hardware issue? We have no Smartnet for this.
We have 3 more switches bought at the same time, need to act preventive action. What could cause this issue? the switch is connected to PDU ->UPS.

Just replying to this to say I was not aware of this command set that allows you to test hardware functionality on a switch:
diagnostic start switch test. Thanks for the tip - it helped me solve a similar issue!
