Cisco 3750 Error Loading Flash Message

How can you remove the error loading flash message?  I have tried everything I can find and after the upgrade I still get the error. 

Loading "flash:c3750-ipservicesk9.mz.122-55.SE1.bin"...flash:c3750-ipservicesk9.

mz.122-55.SE1.bin: no such file or directory

Error loading "flash:c3750-ipservicesk9.mz.122-55.SE1.bin"

Interrupt within 5 seconds to abort boot process.

Loading "flash:/c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE1.bin"...@@@@@@@
