Hi Friends,
I have cisco WS-C4507R+E with (WS-X4748-RJ45V+E) for connecting IP Phone over the POE....
Whenever I connect IP Phone to this switch on the module, the IP Phones are not getting power on and nothing is working..I have configured the POE on the switch.
Please help to resolve this issue..

Do you have the enough power (1+1) ? I guess you need 2800 for POE. Can you post 'show power detail' output?
Thx

Switch left with 560w power and the 48 ports on the module requires 740w (@15.4w). This may be the issue.Try by changing the power mode to combined (I never tried this way but just a thought- as we have 2800W PS). In case if this switch is already in prod, make sure to wait till you get maintenance window.

Try running a TDR on the interface.
1. Command: test cable tdr interface
2. Wait for about 60 seconds for the test to run;
3. Command: show cable tdr interface
4. Post the outputs please.
