I spotted PSU1 detected fail. I think you should check it physically
environmental alarms:
system minor alarm on power-supply 1 power-output-fail (raised 21:30:08 ago)
power-supply 1:
power-supply 1 power-output-fail: failed

Hello Raf,
Not sure whether its orange or ember. But check this out:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/7600/Hardware/Module_and_Line_Card_Installation_Guides/7600_Series_Router_Module_Installation_Guide/osmodule/01overvw.html#wp1154682
Try "show environment all" to help you identify hardware status.

i use "show enviroment" but everithing its ok , thanks
the link "http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/7600/Hardware/Module_and_Line_Card_Installation_Guides/7600_Series_Router_Module_Installation_Guide/osmodule/01overvw.html#wp1154682"
says:
"Two VTT modules failed or the VTT module temperature major threshold has been exceeded.
The temperature of the supervisor engine major threshold has been exceeded."

The SYSTEM LED turns green, indicating that all chassis environmental monitors are reporting that the system is OK. If one or more environmental monitor reports a problem, the SYSTEM LED is orange or red.
This is the only clue i got from cisco document. Can you share the "show environment" result?
