Cisco 8300 E&M voice anamoly

Hello,  desperately need help from all the smart people.  I am upgrading my routers and am stumped as to why these strange tones are coming through my T1 Test set.

I have tested a few configurations between my Cisco 3925s, 2900s and 8300s and the symptoms only exist when I am using the 8300s.

- When using a Cisco 3925 with a T1/E1 module at my head end and a Cisco 2900 with E&M card at my remote site, voice works perfectly fine

- using a Cisco 8300 with T1/E1 module at the head end and a Cisco 2900 with E&M card at my remote site, voice works perfectly fine

- using a Cisco 3925 with T1/E1 module at the head end and a Cisco 8300 with E&M card at my remote site, voice works perfectly fine

- Using an 8300 with T1/E1 card at the head end and an 8300 with E&M card at my remote site, voice does not work and presents with an annoying tone at the distant end handset.

I have a T1 Test set at the head end and it is not introducing the tones heard so it has to be something in my configuration, however the voice configurations are carbon copies of the 3925s and 2900s so am unsure where to go from here.  Attached is a recording of the tones being heard.  Where should I start?

Hello,

odd indeed. Post the full running configs of both 8300 routers, maybe we can spot something...

configs attached.  on the "central" config, I am testing primarily voice-port 0/1/0:2.  I am testing in my lab and am building up the configs so it may look a bit messy currently but the voice portion of the configs should be gtg.  really confused as to why the 8300s are generating the weird tones when any combination of the legacy routers with the 8300s work perfectly fine.  It must be a configuration issue but I cannot find it.  thank you for all the help.

just to make things interesting, here are the running configs from the old routers.  As a reminder, any combination of introducing one of the old routers works with the new router.  I tested all day yesterday trying different things within the voice-port configurations and also played around with the controller t1 clock settings and got no where.  Please let me know if you see anything different among the configs that maybe I missed.
