Cisco AP cannot configure it in Flex Connect

Hello all, I'm noticing a few APs model AIR-AP2802I-E-K9 who are configure in Local mode, and I would like to switch them into FlexConnect mode, but via 9800 WLC GUI I do not have the option to do so. By clicking in the AP mode I only have the following possibilities:
Monitor,Sniffer, Bridge,Clear,Local. I also tried to ocnfigure it visa CLI with the command "Capwap ap mode Flexconnect" but it does not let me do it. The current version of the WLC and APs is 17.9.5, I have other APs in Flexconnect of the same model, but via Cli they also does not show the FlexConnect option (they already have it so that may be the reason). The switchport the Ap is connected to, is configured in trunk with the native vlan of the site.

Thank you for letting me know.

To switch AIR-AP2802I-E-K9 APs to FlexConnect mode on a WLC 9800 running version 17.9.5, ensure the AP has the correct policy and site tags assigned for FlexConnect, verify that FlexConnect is supported on the current firmware, and use the CLI command ap name <AP_NAME> mode flexconnect. Ensure the switchport connected to the AP is configured as a trunk port with necessary VLANs allowed. After making these changes, reboot the AP.

FlexConnect mode might not be available due to missing licenses, misconfigured WLAN policies, or AP join profile settings. Ensure the AP is in the correct policy tag and site configuration. Like verifying Cook's Simple Painting costs, double-check settings for accuracy.
