Do any one know how can I retrieve a snmp string information from cisco ASA without enable password??

This is mostly not possible. As almost all the show commands for snmp are run in privileged EXEC mode.
The only way I can think of if if any of the NMS application is retrieving configuraitons from device there you may be able to see it.
-Thanks

Yes you can, depending on the information you are looking for.
snmpwalk -v2c -c
You can download net-snmp as a precompiled binary from here.

May be I was not clear on question. I thouht if you wanted to get the configured SNMP community string from ASA without going to exec mode.

Depending in the config have you tried logging in through ASDM?
Either way you will need legitimate credentials for the device.
Snmpv1 and v2 are inherently insecure since the community is in clear text try using wireshark to capture snmp traffic
