Cisco ASA5510 Flash Memory Deleted please help me put a new image on i

Hi everyone I have a problem I accidentally deleted the flash memory from my Cisco ASA 5510 yesterday does anyone know how to put a new image on it I am using Tera Term the image i want to put on it is 9.1.7
