I am new to server management and configurations. We had our 2 Cisco C220 M5 rack servers setup for us by an outside company a few years ago and I am just trying to learn how everything is connected and talks to each other.
On the back of the C220 for the two Ethernet Ports (#3) I have both ports plugged into my Cisco C2960 Switch, the switch ports are set as Trunk.
Is the Management Port (#5) only for doing configurations or do I need ot have that port also plugged into switch?
Thanks!

1-Gb Ethernet dedicated management port - this is dedicated management port - OOB (out of band management in your network to manage this Node)
This is not the Data interface. (#3)
Look at CIMC setup :

So is it correct to have those two server ports (#3) plugged into Cisco Trunk Ports?

yes if you like to have Port-channel (LACP ) as your requirement. (make sure switch side also configure the same)
