cisco C9404R showing unsupported device in cisco prime 3.6

we have newly deployed cisco C9404R in my network environment and it is showing unsupported device in our Cisco Prime 3.6 . appreciate if anyone can advice on this. thanks

have you installed all the latest device packs ? we have 94s running on PI 3.x

i got the replied from TAC that my current OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2664 is not supported in PI3.6. perhaps need to wait for PI3.7 to fix it. anyway thanks everyone here :)
