cisco catalyst express 500 with PoE configure via web interface defaul

Hi everyone I have a problem I want to configure my Cisco Catalyst Express 500 but I can't get into the web interface to configure the Switch does anyone know how to get into the web interface to configure the Switch I have four ip Phones

that I would like to use on this Switch because it has PoE

does that IP address also apply to Belgium

Reset to factory default and test it, if this was not new.

the default IP same all over ( not related to region)

I've followed the instructions but I still can't get into the Switch Interface could it be because I'm using Windows 11
