Cisco CBS 350 problems

Hi everybody, I use a Cisco CBS 350 with a Merging Anubis and Dante Avio, both devices comunicate with AES/67 protocol.
The switch have just some months of life but at the startup of the system randomly I have this two problems.
- The Dante Avio need Poe and Poe is active on his port but the device is not powered, I have to upload the backup file and startup again the switch, then Poe is delivered correctly.
- The second one is:
Since that this are Audio Units they need a Master clock to work properly and sometimes I lost the clock, always at the startup.
The clock is delivered trough the Ethernet connections and a green light of the software tell me if the two machines are properly locked.
Frequently happen that the light switch between green and red providing to glitches in the audio.
I solve this with a reebot of the switch.
Have my switch some problem?

Hi George, thank you very much. 
That was the solution. 
Now the switch is very stable. 
I did some stress test, as disconnect any device during the session and then connect again, the result is that all the system start again to work as nothing is happened.
