cisco Chassis View not working LMS 3.0

Hi All,

We are using LMS 3.0, we have installed new 6506-E replaced with 3750. Everyting is working fine. but I am not abvle to open Chassic View of new switch. It is showing some old data. is it because IP address is same?

SNMP configure is as below:

snmp-server community cisco RW
snmp-server community private RW

Hi Mahesh ,

It could be becasue of that . you can try to delete and re-add the device . If possible.

Also if possible , I would suggest to upgarde the LMS from 3.0 to 3.2.1 which is more stable.

Most likely you have a newer 3750 switch (e.g 3750X) that is not supported by Cisco LMS 3.0 (last updated in 2010).

Check your switch model against the supported devices table for LMS 3.0.

As Afroz noted, 3.2 is more stable and its table does note support for some 3750X models.

I have rediscovered but no luck any idea?

It could be possible that the device is not suported or device package is not installed.

Open the device in device center and do snmpwalk for sysObjectID. Share the result.
