Cisco configuration professional (CCP) Java problem faultCode="Client.Error.MessageSend"

Hi :)

Every time I run CCP (as administrator) the application gives me the following errors (different code but the same two mistakes), I have tried with different versions of java, always marking adding the 127.0.0.1 as compatible in IE11 and adding as a secure site in java setting
can you help me?

Specifications:

Windows 8.1 64bit
Java 8.0.112 (Actually, previusly and try with versions 7.0.99 and 6.0.91)
