Can anyone please help me with the CCP Express issue?
I got a router 891w, the config has been attached. I'm trying to manage it via the CCP express.
I've followed the document which is https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_configuration_professional_express/v3_5/guides/adminguide/CCP_admin_guide/installing_ccp_express_adminview.html
The issue is when I enter the ip of vlan1 in the browser, it keeps prompting me to enter the credentials. Both cisco and admin didn't work.
I've also tried IE11 and edge, looks the same result.
There are something might be wrong but I don't know.
Please help!

To copy the default configuration file to router NVRAM, enter the copy flash: nvram: command, as shown in this example:
Thanks Pieterh for your reply. I do have the file in nvram, but I'm not sure if it works. As i've changed the IOS several times, does this file need to be updated?
