Cisco EEE - IEEE 802.3az Link Partner

Please check below output and let me know if the "Link Partner: yes" indicates that the end-device connected to the switch can support the EEE feature:

Switch#show eee capabilities interface gigabitEthernet2/0/1
Gi2/0/1
EEE(efficient-ethernet): yes (100-Tx and 1000T auto)
Link Partner : yes (100-Tx and 1000T auto)

ASIC/Interface : EEE Capable/EEE Enabled

Also, is there any other way to reduce power consumption on Cisco devices and if yes, which models are supported ?
