Hi,
Is there any automated way to get the Cisco end of life? I know I can get this information from Cisco website and check this manually. I have a spread sheet of couple of thousands Cisco devices is there any Automation for this?
I don't want to use any third party discovery tool for this work.

Fazlur.

The options I know of are
- Cisco Discovery which scan the network and maps EOL - e.g. Netformx http://design.netformx.com/nnd/ (Which I think you spefically don't want)
or
- EOL - RSS Feeds - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/product_launch_rss_feeds.html
or
- Standard HTTP pages
I don't know of anything else externally
.

Luke

Thanks Luke,
from RSS feed is there any way to do Automation? I am already using HP DDMI for discovery and don't want to use another discovery tool. I surprise Cisco have no automation on this.
