CISCO IE-4000-4TC4G-E having alarm out led red flashing

Hi All,

I am facing a problem of out alarm LED flashing on ISCO IE-4000-4TC4G-E switch in one of our customer site. Can any one let me know what is the cause of this alarm and how to fix it.

- Difficult to tell , attach a console to get more info's ; depending on production status and availability consider reboot or cold reboot (with power cycled) , then check the console outputs too. If the device is available configure a syslog server on it and follow up on logs send,

Thank you for your reply. I will try to reboot(Power recycle) and check again the LEDs. And I also ask the client to check the input power supply source is giving proper voltage input to the switch. I will update the status after trying this 2 things.
