Hello,
we use CA Spectrum to manage our cisco and enterasys network components.
When there are any ospf problems like neighbor changes both cisco and enterasys send traps to spectrum.
Traps from enterasys are correctly shown in spectrum including the ip addresses of the ospf routers involved.
Traps from cisco aren't correctly shown in spectrum that means ip addresses of the involved systems are not shown.
We already traced a trap from enterasys and a trap from cisco (see attachments). In the enterasys trap you see the ip adresses but in the cisco trap you see integers which are partially negative.
Does anybody know if the problem is caused by the ciscos or by spectrum?
Best Regards,
Thorsten
