Cisco LMS 3.2 Issue

Hi,

The issue is related to Cisco LMS 3.2.After the installation,we are adding the devices in the device management,that particular device is reflecting in the user defined group but it is not detecting the device type i.e. whether it is a router or switch.Also in Common services ,the seed devices is only reflecting in the user defined gropus,rest of devices which i am adding directly from device management is not reflecting in the user defined group.

Please help me.

Is this for all the other devices or only new devcies you add? Does it shows all devices without icon? Whats its icon under all devices?

Please run a inventory collection for this device and check if it succeeds. Share the result.
