Cisco LMS 4.2 device maintenance mode

Hi,

Could some one help me how to put the device in maintenance mode? We have Cisco LMS 4.2 and we dont want to get any alert from some devices during our maintenance window. I would like to know how we can put the device in maintance mode temporarily so we should not get any alert from the required devices.

You have to Suspend the device in LMS under :

Inventory -> Manage Device State -> Device Count -> Suspend

When suspended LMS doesn't manages the device temporarily and doesnt generates any alerts related to it. You can manage it again by just selecting it and clicking on add to managed devices.
