Cisco LMS not able to schedule jobs .

Hi

We are using LMS 3.2 running on windows 2008 server . When i am tying to create a job i recieve an error " DCMA0077:Could not create job. Check dcmaclient.log for more details. "

The CTMJrmServer process is not getting started . tried restarting the process but it did not helped .

Process= CTMJrmServer
State  = Administrator has shut down this server
Pid    = 0
RC     = 0
Signo  = 0
Start  = 4/19/2011 7:41:38 PM
Stop   = 4/19/2011 7:44:38 PM
Core   = Not applicable
Info   = Server started by admin request

Tried restarting the Daemon manager service but the process was still down .

Please help me in getting this issue resolved .

Hi ,

Please try the below steps :

shutdown dmgtd

then remove ctmregistry* from NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/rme/WEB-INF/lib. 

Then restart dmgtd

If issue does not fixed , please send me the below information :

ctmjrmserver.log (Location :NMSROOT\log)

jrm.log

--screen shot of the services.msc winodw

--output of pdshow

--output of  NSlookup on the HOSTNAME of the server
