Dear all,
I am running a Cisco MDS 9148S. This device is running firmware is version 6.2(9).
I looked for about SNMP Get-Bulk settings, however I did not found any information about it.
Is this function enabled on SNMP agent running on Cisco MDS 9000? Can I enable or disable Get-Bulk?
Is there a way to check it?
In this moment I SNMPv3 is configured and it works.
Thanks a lot
Federico

Hello,
I checked version 8 and 9, no snmp get-bulk command in there either...

- I would presume that this is more a capacity of the snmp manager used and probably the device will handle it kind of default , meaning it probably won't have a related setting , in general the idea is to protect snmp access to valid snmp managers through ACL(s), once you allow access from an snmp manager you then have an authority to talk to as whether to allow bulk requests or not.

Hello,
I am deeply agree with you for protecting snmp access to valid snmp managers throught ACL.

I did not found a way to manage SNMP Get-Bulk on this Cisco MDS switch.
Thanks a lot
