Cisco Network Assistant CNA version 5.5 Front panel view problems

Hi!

We have a Cisco Catalyst 4506 Sup V that suddenly we can't see the front panel using the CNA v5.5. We have also Cisco Catalyst 4506 Sup II+ that we can see the front panel.

We haven't done any configuration changes to the switch itself. I created a new community but I still can't see the front panel for the 4506 Sup V. Both switches are using IOS versions 12.2(53)SG.

Any ideas ?
