Cisco Network Assistant - Login Issues

I installed the latest CNA client software and tried to login.  I have not had any issues with past versions.  The current version is 6.3.(4) on Windows 10 Enterprise 19.03.  The application is launched using domain administrator rights.  The application loads and will work locally, but I cannot login to the CCO account through the application, so the update feature for network devices is not working.  I suppose I could download the individual update files, but I have used this update feature in the past and it is great.

Anyone know why this would be broken?  I ave tried with the Windows firewall off and on.  Same result.

 - Besides being old and no longer supported , you probably ran into compatibility issues with the windows 10 platform :

Didn't realize that Cisco had killed such a valuable tool.  Thanks for the heads up!

What did they replace it with?
