Cisco Network Assistant - uplinks not visible

Hi,

We configured cisco network assistant and added our switches. We can see the neighbor switches from cdp but in network assistant most of them do not show the neigbhor switches. What can be the problem?

Maybe credentials use on network assistant is wrong? What version of network assistant?
