hello

i have cisco nexus 3064 version 6.0(2)U6(7)  whenever i restart the switch the poap override the configuration  i tried 

no boot poap enable 

and not working and ( no system poap ) is not supported i need to stop poap permanently please

Try below :

switch# system no poap
switch# sh boot
Current Boot Variables:
 sup-1
NXOS variable = bootflash:/nxos.XXXXXXX.bin
Boot POAP Disabled

# sh system poap
