Hi,
We have deployed Cisco PI 2.2 for one of our clients. Initially I was getting the error
Backup repository doesn't have enough space.
Then I did the following:
ncs stop
ncs clear all
nce start
after that i am getting the error backup repository not writable. Any suggestions on how to overcome this?

Hi @nabeelcse07
Where is the repository? Is it on Prime or external?

Can you access Prime via CLI and as root run the command:
df -h

I have faced a strange Situation. CPI Server is running but I cannot see it in Show CDP neighbour command and I cannot access it as well.
is there any specific Reason behind this apart from the Network side? I know I need to check the network connectivity as well and I checked its fine.

- Prime is an app and not a switch ; it will not advertise any CDP info ; if you cannot access it; what happens then (in detail , tx) ?

Hi Marce1000,
Actually I was referring towards Cisco PI Appliance. initially I was able to See it in Show CDP Neighbour Command. Now It has disappeared. Bu the Appliance is stil running.

- Check, if the Prime server is still reachable through an SSH connection if so log on using the admin account and issue : ncs status

- Check repository size using dir disk:/defaultRepo ; backups can become quite large, configure a repository via tftp or ftp for backup testing too ; check then, afterwards how much space a real backup takes and compare with the available space in the local repository.
