Do u know if Cisco or Supplier has an Admin User Supply access ?

Hi

 You are mixing   supply word here . "CISCO Power Supply User Admin".  This refers to a  hardware and the document refers to Supplier and not Supply.

If  this is a joke, it is not fun.

if i understood correctly you are looking for some user account which have admin rights. if so different cisco products have different user types and privilege levels. if you are talking about contract management or portal management for cisco accounts, company can have administrator user for company account and administrator can set different privileges to other users.  as @Flavio Miranda said, your question is mixing things.
