Kindly confirm is it possible to take the configuration back of a particular devices and get the output of the any cisco device(router/Switch) from Cisco Prme 2.1

Do you mean create configuration backups?

If so, that's supported for the devices listed on the Compatibility page for PI.

I'm not sure what you mean about output.
