Cisco Prime 3.8 and 3.9 Netflow dat now showing. Can  anyone assist how enable Netflow on Cisco Prime?

How I can setup Prime to see Netflow data from devices?

Administration > Licenses and Software Updates > Licenses > Assurance Licenses

Unlicensed Devices 0 | License Remaining 200

Net-flow is configured on device and device also added in Prime.

I have change Netflow port UDP 9991 and i can see under (Services / Application Visibility... / Data Cources

But in Administration > Licenses and Software Updates > Licenses > Assurance Licenses

still cant see device to Add

 - I am not sure if I understand you here , you may verify if your devices are sending Netflow data by trying a free netflow collector as an alternative to Prime such as : https://www.pcwdld.com/go/solarwindsnetflow-traffic-analyzer-learn-more/l/list/ , that would be an additional sanity check so to speak.

I can see devices in Assurance license thanks. One more thing under Dashboard / Performance -> Interfaces -> Interface Tx and Rx Utilization. It shows as below instead of interface Tx and Rx

Check if SNMP Polling is enabled
