Cisco Prime 3.9 stuck on delete in progress for a controller v17.12

hi, i was trying to delete a catalyst 9800 virtual controller from prime, but it seems to be stuck on deleting it.

before that i was trying to verify it's credentials and keeps saying "device unreachable for telnet/ssh credentials"

I've tried to restart prime, but that still won't help.

any thoughts?

                 - FYI : https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuh43537
   - Also note that these days P3.10 + latest patch is the only supported prime version left.

unfortunately we don't have the ability to open TAC , we use those in LAB environments.

as for prime 3.10 we have to issues with it, the first, is that takes ages to install it, AFAIK there's no single ova that contains the patches and device packs, so if i'd like to have support for 9166, i need to install OVA, services packs, patches, and so on. just for a single ap, that would take half a day.

the other problem is that we also have old controllers which we use for MSE (as some of our customers still use that even though that's unsupported either)

 - The only thing I can say is that you won't be able to get official support for PI3.9 and that you are confronted with a number of showstoppers also because of older equipment.

Is there any documented solution for this problem on 3.9? Thx.
