What error do you see? What is the server platform - win/sol? Is not working on your PC or on anyone's?
If windows does it works or the server itself?

Is that error on PC or server itself?
Please share the screenshot of error you see. Also, please try on a different suported browser as well, like IE or FF.

Please check if these mentioned files are present in Jacorb, avalon and Logkit.jar under endorse directory under java directory.
Like in my PC I see these files C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\lib\endorsed
If you see this, please make sure you have correct permissions. Give permissions to all users in general. If you dont see the file, please give permissions copy these three files from LMS server to this directory.
-Thanks
