Hi,
I have two new Cisco Prime Appliances that keep showing the same message and hanging when booting up:
Probing EDD (edd=off to disable)… ok
The installation scripts have been completed on both servers and Prime application installed. However, ever since the install was completed, both appliances show the same error and hang.
It cant be a corrupt as it has happened on two server as exactly the same time.
Wondering if anyone else has encountered the message?

I have not seen this error before, what is version prime ? what model of hardware ?
I am not sure you encountering this bug issue : ( even though it say CUCM),

I have this problem right now. I thought it was a bad Prime appliance out of the box. After initial configuration is entered it reboots, installs applications. After reboot I get the same message. I RMA the original and now the new one they sent does ht exact same thing. TAC has not been able to help me.

Hi Scott,
This is Rahul, I am also facing issue with my new RMA cisco prime on 3.6 version. Getting same error.
Just wanted to check did you resolve your prime issue ? If yes what was the work-around ?
