Hi,

I am running Cisco Prime 2.1 infrastructure. I currently experience situations whereby my Cisco CPU spikes up to 100%. I have notices this 2 to 3 times in the last month. I was just wondering if this is a normal situation? If not can anyone recommend a solution please?

Many Thanks

Are you running on a VM? Short spikes to 100% are normal. If is goes there and stays for extended periods, you may be underpowered on your CPU resources.

What platform are you running on (virtual or hardware appliance) and how many managed devices? If it's a VM, what're your CPU, memory and disk resources assigned?
