Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.3 - Unable to get archive from devices with no username

Hi,

I try to get archives from my running network devices. Everything is fine on my devices with username and password. When trying to get an archive from a network device without username / only password the job failed giving me:

Couldnot enter ENABLE Mode from USER Mode on Device.SSH: Failed to establish SSH connection to X.X.X.X - Cause: Authentication failed on device 3 times.

I just entered the password and enable password in the config of the network device, leaving username blank.

Anyone encountered the same problem ?

How can i handle such devices?
