I would like to monitor WAN link availability from the service provide using the Cisco PI3.3. I have configured IP SLA on the WAN router on the branch, and successfully generated traps when the link is down. However notification policy through email doesn't work, based on the condition which generated by the trap. I have checked the Condition in the "Notification Policies" which is generated when the link is down (Threshold violation occurs during an operation to the target), but i never receive an email, the email is tested however and working well,
