Cisco Prime Infrastructure Archive location

Hi All,

Kindly I need to know what is the location of Archieved Configuration Backup that taken by PI (are they saved in a specific repo or what?) and how can I gather them automatically??

does it mean this task cannot be done by PI as it is a bug in it?

if it is a bug how can I solve it ??

note that

I am running Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.4.

Yes ,this feature is not available till PI 2.0

not sure if we have anything in PI 2.1

ok thanks alot.

kindly I want to ask for another issue.

after I configured the global mail setting on my cisco prime infrastructure (I set the ip of primery SMTP then sender and reciever parameters) then I press on test button to send a test mail but it not send ??

note that:

I made sure all services are running using (ncs status) command
