Environment: Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.1.4 Virtual Appliance
Problem: I can't import maps previously exported from another CPI 3.1.4.
The logs (servermap file), have the follows information:
"[http-nio-443-exec-204] INFO http-nio-443-exec-204 LogMapManager - Location Group already exists: Location/All Locations/CASA 3 with id=162090983"
If try create manually a Campus with name "CASA 3" like Maps exported file, the error is:
"Following Error occurred Creating Maps 'Exception: Name Collision with existing group CASA 3 of tupe null id 162090903. Check log for details"
Same error is show when try import maps.
There are some Location SubGroup (Type Campus) on database that are not available on GUI to delete.
I tried create a Location Group with name CASA 3 and received the follows error:
"Create operation failed. Group CASA 3 was not created. Creation of Group Failed: addSubGroups Failed. Root cause: A parent group cannot have more than one sub group with same name."
Please, anybody know how to delete all location groups from database throught CLI?
ncs cleanup and start/stop of services did not fix the problem.
