Cisco Prime Infrastructure not showing Cisco IP phones in Ntw Topology

I have Cisco Prime Infrastructure (CPI) 3.9 with Cisco IP phones 7962, 7965. Although these phone do not have SNMP support so I can not manage them, but why they are not showing up in CPI "network topology" to be monitored on the basis of IP or MAC address or CDP.

Have not used CPI for a long time
1) a IP phone is not considered a network device (although it contains a single port switch and runs CDP)
2) you may need to reload the IP-phone so the DHCP request triggers CPI to detect it's presence as a client
(you may need to configure CPI as a DHCP relay on the switches ; for DNA it works this way)
