Hi Everyone,
Here is the scenario, the currently running Cisco PI is v1.1 (w/c at this time is still called Cisco NCS(Network Control System) and sadly, it popped.
Re-installation was planned and they want the latest version, w/c is 2.1 installed.
Now here comes the questions:
1. How do I transfer my license? Do I need the PAK key? If so, will it still be usable for the new Cisco PI?
1.A. How do I do it? I mean transfer the license?
2. Any unsupported devices on the upgrade?
This is quite deep-research question as I would like to say. I am researching actually for the answer right now, but hope someone can help me :)
I am having a hard time considering this is one old version of it (and it even existed in the old name too!)
Thanks! :D

Like Leo said - the license needs to be regenerated. An email or TAC case will do the trick.
