We are trying to do inline upgrade of Cisco Prime Infra from 3.1.7 to 3.5. It is hosted in VM.
Now the upgrade is in stage 8 (Updating Database Schema) since yesterday afternoon. It has been more than 24 hours still in that stage. I am not sure if still the upgrade is going on or it got stuck anywhere. Is there anyway we can verify that ? Or does it take time when the DB size is large ?

Hi Bhaskar,
24 hours is too much time for the process to be stuck.
I suggest you raise a TAC case to get it verified.
Thanks,
Gautami

Can you SSH through CLI and do the following command and share the output ?
show ncs status
maybe the network services are stuck for some reason.

Hi!
I am not sure you will be able of finding the issue why this is stuck without TAC Case.
Try accessing CLI over SSH or your VM infrastructure and issue "#ncs status",
maybe you'll see something that is not alright in the given output.
But altogether - never heard of a Prime Upgrade taking longer than 8-9 hours.
Best regards
Julian
